I had been working at NBC for about six months back in 1969 when I met the publicist for "Star Trek." He knew how much I loved the show, so he surprised me with autographed photos of both William Shatner and Leonard Nimoy. Even though I got to know both actors years later, I always enjoyed having these special photos in my "Trek" collection
